Contractor Requirements

Please note the following before you submit bid sheets:

  • You must have all appropriate licenses and insurance.

  • You must have the capacity to complete all items or subcontract items, as needed.

  • You must pull permits, as needed.

  • You must work with residents inside the units.

  • You must give a minimum 24-hour notice to DAHC to view the units, as needed.

Acquisitions

New Properties to Develop

DAHC currently has over 90 units in its active pipeline—and we’d like to add additional multifamily development sites in Denton that meet the following criteria:

Location: Throughout Denton, near transit and business centers.

Size: Duplexes, Triplexes, and Fourplexes.

Zoning: R4, R5, R6, R7, and MN zones.

Existing Properties

DAHC is also actively seeking to purchase existing multifamily buildings.
